If you have problems please report them to us in the following
manner in the very minimum.
Because we run PCB 14.5a/250 currently, we will be able to closly
duplicate most of your problems we hope.
We own DesqView 2.42 and have it installed on a 386/40.
We own Netware 2.
We own Lantastic v4.1 and are using it for our development machines.
We hope to provide you with a good test bed, however all duplication
is not always possible.
If you can't duplicate the problem all the time, it is even more
difficult for us!
For the very minimum please supply :
o Your Name:
o Your BBS Name:
o Voice Phone #:
o BBS Phone #: (If you feel necessary)
o Hours we can reach you:
o ID we can log in to your system: (If you feel necessary)
o Complete and accurate of problem, including any errors
that may appear on the screen.
If possible a capture of your callers log if it has any
errors displayed.
Security level with problems, or example, example of
security settings for user using Bytesm.Exe.
PWRD setting for user level.
If it is a difficult fix, we may need :
o If necessary you may need to send us a file including some
or all of the following.
PCBoard.Dat file for Node(s) with problems, PWRD file,
Bytes.Sec file, or possibly even a run of PCBDiag and the
file generated by it.
Door List file (DOORS.LST) or portion with BYTES in it,
BYTES batch file may also be needed.
We hope the measures in this one are not needed, but we
will attempt to solve your problems, and to do so may
require the files listed above.
